Brandon Kelly is the Department Manager of Water Resources and Environmental Services at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), where he has spent the past 17+ years delivering complex hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses, environmental permitting, and stormwater management solutions for major linear infrastructure projects across the Northeast.
A licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, Brandon brings deep technical expertise in dam safety evaluations, coastal and riverine hydraulic modeling, flood risk assessment, and the design of resilient drainage and stormwater systems. He excels at navigating regulatory frameworks, preparing and securing comprehensive NJDEP permit packages—including freshwater wetlands, flood hazard area, coastal, and waterfront development approvals—and supporting some of New Jersey’s largest clients through all phases of project delivery.
Brandon is proficient with industry-standard modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, SMS:SRH-2D, HydroCAD, and Bentley StormCAD. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University, where he was also an All-American wrestler.
Outside the office, Brandon remains active in the community as a youth football and wrestling coach. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and offshore fishing from their boat in Cape May.
