Holding both a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Laval University, Mr. Ouellet has over 30 years of experience and has contributed to more than 500 durability-related projects. Renowned for his expertise in the assessment and rehabilitation of deteriorated concrete structures, he specializes in durability design specifications, repair strategies, durable concrete design, construction engineering support, and service-life analysis. He has held senior leadership roles in both engineering and laboratory operations.
