Greg Francese is the City of Hoboken’s Deputy Director of Transportation & Parking. He has expertise in urban mobility, traffic safety, and multimodal infrastructure. Greg has played a pivotal role in implementing Hoboken’s nationally recognized traffic safety strategies, including speed limit reductions and curbside management modernization. His work has contributed to Hoboken’s achievement of zero traffic fatalities for multiple consecutive years, a milestone that has positioned the City of Hoboken as a model for urban safety. He holds professional certifications as a Professional Planner and Certified Planner and is known for aligning his technical work with a strong commitment to community-focused, walkable urban design.
