James Boegly, PE, has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry performing office engineering, construction management/inspection and resident engineering tasks. His responsibilities include construction documentation; inspection; cost estimating; schedule analysis; payment recommendations; budget monitoring; compliance insurance; tracking RFIs/submittals and job closeout. His experience includes bridge and culvert rehabilitation and replacement, roadway resurfacing and safety improvements, traffic signal and pedestrian enhancements, streetscape and trail projects, utility and stormwater infrastructure improvements, transit and rail facilities and electrical maintenance for county, municipal and transportation agency clients throughout New Jersey. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware along with various certifications related to the construction industry.
