Joseph R. Ragusa, Jr., PE, has more than 15 years of construction management experience specializing in inspection, grant administration, traffic coordination and cost/schedule management for heavy civil construction, particularly highways and bridges. He serves as Project Manager and QA/QC Manager on complex bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects for clients including Cape May County Bridge Commission, Burlington County Bridge Commission, DRPA, DRJTBC, NJTA and various other Counties and municipalities throughout New Jersey, with responsibilities encompassing project oversight from preconstruction through closeout, schedule and budget management, contractor coordination, submittal and change order review, construction inspection management and final project documentation and closeout activities.
