Kevin McGrath is a seasoned professional who has supported the design professional community in various roles for more than 20+ years. Kevin spent more than a decade as a practicing attorney representing architects & engineers with respect to contract negotiations and commercial litigation disputes. Kevin next served as claims counsel for various insurers. In that role, Kevin most recently led Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance’s Professional Liability Claims Team for 7 years. Kevin now provides services as a commercial insurance broker and risk-management consultant for Ames & Gough. Kevin’s unique background allows him to expertly assist his clients in continently navigating the ever-changing and complex environments of insurance, claims, and contracts.
